Store use

You must provide accurate, current information when ordering and must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. We may limit or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect HEDDEL, Shopify, customers, or other parties.

Products, pricing, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and production methods can cause minor variations. The price, currency, stock status, shipping options, and applicable charges displayed at checkout are the terms that apply to the order.

Orders and payment

An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed securely by Shopify or the selected payment provider. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Promotions

Promotional offers apply only during their stated period and subject to their displayed conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

Intellectual property

HEDDEL artwork, branding, photographs, written content, and website materials are owned by or licensed to HEDDEL. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and marketing providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. HEDDEL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
