Order processing

HEDDEL items are generally prepared within 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time and can be longer during launches, holidays, or unusually busy periods.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive approximately 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, and the exact charge for an order are displayed before payment at checkout. Any free-shipping threshold shown on the storefront applies only when the cart meets the stated conditions. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours after dispatch to begin showing updates.

Address problems and delayed parcels

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact@heddel.com promptly if an address needs correction. If a parcel appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
