How do I track my order?

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after shipment. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to update.

Can I change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once the order enters production or shipment.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email contact@heddel.com with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Do you accept returns?

Some products may be eligible for return or replacement within 30 days, especially if defective or incorrect. Custom and made-to-order items may be final sale unless there is a production issue.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Available methods appear at checkout and may include major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options.
