After processing, delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping issues
If a package appears delayed, lost, or delivered but not received, contact us at contact@heddel.com. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and check with the carrier before a replacement can be arranged.
